Bookings need to be made direct with the hotel or through the hotel's website. Bookings are not guaranteed until confirmation is received from the hotel, online bookings generate an instant confirmation.
If cancellation or amendment is required, please notify the hotel at least 24 hours prior to the arrival date to avoid a cancellation charge.
A cancellation fee equal to the first night's accommodation or package revenue will apply for any bookings cancelled or amended within 24 hours prior to arrival. This also applies in the event of a non arrival.
Cancellations or amendments over special events and New Years Eve require at least 30 days notice prior to arrival and any cancellations or amendments within 30 days of arrival will incur a full cancellation fee equivalent to 100% of the total value of accommodation or package revenue.
