Located on the lower level of the hotel, the Harbour Rocks Hotel boardroom is the perfect meeting venue and is designed to accommodate small business meetings. This room is a versatile space which can accommodate luxury brand meetings to private virtual meetings.

The original sand stone walls, which date back to the 1850’s set the tone and create a unique ambience. Offering flexible floor plans to accommodate your needs, our facilities also include a smart board, non-electric whiteboard, markers & eraser, internet access, secretarial services, and all the equipment needed for a virtual meeting.

Conference Package

Our Day Delegate package offers simplicity when organising your meeting venue as well as peace of mind, knowing that your cost per delegate is fixed at $95 per person for a full day package, per day.

Our Conference Delegate Packages include:

  • Meeting room hire (with a minimum of 10 people, maximum 14)
  • Double Roasters Coffee & T2 Teas on arrival
  • Morning and Afternoon Tea with Chef Selection from the bakery
  • Chef’s selection of a working style luncheon served in the boardroom or Tayim Restaurant, with freshly brewed coffee, a selection of T2 teas and Juices.
  • Personal conference kit for each delegate inclusive of notepad, pens and jugs of iced water
  • Standard Audio Visual Equipment including Non Electronic Whiteboard & Flipchart with markers and eraser
