Conference Package

Our Day Delegate package offers simplicity when organising your meeting venue as well as peace of mind, knowing that your cost per delegate is fixed.

Our Conference Delegate Packages include:

  • Meeting room hire (with a minimum of 12 people)
  • Double Roasters Coffee & T2 Teas on arrival
  • Morning and Afternoon Tea with Chef Selection from the bakery
  • Chef’s selection of a working style luncheon served in the Board Room or Scarlett Restaurant, with freshly brewed coffee, a selection of T2 teas and Juices.
  • Personal conference kit for each delegate inclusive of notepad, pens and jugs of iced water
  • Standard Audio Visual Equipment including Non Electronic Whiteboard & Flipchart with markers and eraser
