The gift voucher is required to be presented upon request of service. The gift voucher is in exchange for the services stated, is not transferable and is not redeemed for cash. All reservations are subject to availability, block-out dates, minimum night stays and booking conditions may apply.

The event ticket is required to be presented upon request of service. The event ticket is in exchange for the services stated, is not transferable, is not redeemed for cash and is non-refundable.

All Gift Vouchers and Event Tickets are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
