Take the testimony from some TripAdvisor reviewers: “One of its most redeeming features is Moss, the Night Manager. This man truly saved me. I arrived tired, destitute and broken but much earlier than expected. Moss ran to the rescue, scooped us up and managed to give us a room ahead of schedule. I am forever grateful for this. Thank you so much Moss!” – London, UK “The hotel has a great team on the staff, everyone is extremely helpful and being a smaller hotel it's not long before you get to know the staff who are serving in the bar or working reception.” – Auckland, NZ “The staff here were probably the most attentive, friendly and helpful of any hotel I have stayed in.” – Sydney, AU While many hotels promise excellent service, there is no arguing with the testimony from real guests like these.
